Concerts
The bands (Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Lab Band, Symphonic, Concert, Percussion Ensemble) typically perform 3-4 concerts per year. These concerts are in the high school auditorium and are free and open to the public. If school is cancelled (snow days) all band activities such as concerts are also cancelled. Band members are asked to wear dress clothes for the concerts, shirts tucked in, school dress code is followed.
Band concerts provide the students the opportunity to showcase individual musical abilities and perform a wider variety of music than field competition can provide.
A schedule of this year’s concerts can be found in the school district calendar. Schedules are subject to change so please attend Band Parent Association meetings to keep updated.
