Pep Band

In support of boys and girls basketball, wrestling, volleyball and other indoor sports, pep bands are formed after marching season to provide music during these competitions.

Band members must attend those games to which they are assigned or they may participate in both pep bands. To receive a passing grade for second and third quarter band, band members must attend a total of 5 games to qualify and 7 games to letter. Failure to do so will result in a lowered grade.

Pep Band members meet in the band room and enter the gym together. Pep Band members are admitted to the game free of charge.

Uniform for Pep Band is street clothes, preferably blue and gold.

Cost for parents to attend these sporting events is usually about $4.00. Activity tickets are also available for purchase at the school office. Most of the games/meets are in the south (main) gym. Please enter through the main doors.

Jan. 4 - Fri - 7:00 pm - Blue Band
Jan. 5 - Sat - 6:15 pm - Gold Band
Jan. 11 - Fri - 6:00 pm - Blue Band
Jan. 12 - Sat - 5:15 pm - Gold Band
Jan. 18 - Fri - 6:00 pm - Blue Band
Jan. 25 - Fri - 7:00 pm - Jazz Ens.
Feb. 8 - Fri - 7:00 pm - Gold Band
Feb. 9 - Sat - 6:15 pm - Blue Band
Feb. 15 - Fri - 7:00 pm - Gold Band

PEP BAND REQUIREMENTS
1. You are required to attend YOUR ASSIGNED BANDS. If you cannot make a given date, you are required to switch with someone that plays your instrument. THIS IS PART OF YOUR CLASS GRADE!!!
2. TO LETTER you must attend two extra pep-bands.
3. BE PEPPY!!! HAVE FUN!!!
